About Vera Lehtimäki

I am an UX/UI designer with a several years of experience in UX/UI work (e.g. interviews, workflow and task flow modeling, Service Blueprint, requirements, interactive design, wireframe and prototype modeling (e.g. Adobe XD or Figma) and usability testing). I am familiar with the special requirements of health care field, such as Kanta and GDPR.As an UX Team Lead, I am responsible for the entire team's work planning and act as a supervisor for the team members. In addition to my own design work, I assist other designers and implementation teams. Introducing customer-oriented work to product development and its various process stages is also part of my goals.In user interface design, I'm used to take into account product design's requirements for a consistent style and style guide. If necessary, I create pixel-accurate UI images and design components with ease of use and accessibility in mind.[Finnish]Olen yhteiskuntatieteiden maisteri (HCI) ja UX/UI-suunnittelija, jolla pitkä kokemus käytettävyys- ja käyttöliittymäsuunnittelusta (esim. haastattelut, työn ja tehtäväkulun mallinnus, Service Blueprint, interaktiivinen suunnittelu, rautalanka- ja protomallinnus (Figma, Adobe XD) ja käytettävyystestaus). Olen tottunut huomioimaan työssäni erityisesti terveysalan erityisvaatimukset kuten esimerkiksi Kanta-, GDPR- ja muut viranomaisvaatimukset.UX Team Leadina vastaan koko tiimin työsuunnittelusta sekä toimin tiimiläisten esihenkilönä. Omien suunnittelutöitteni lisäksi avustan ja sparraan muita suunnittelijoita sekä toteutustiimejä käytettävyysasioissa. Asiakaslähtöisen työn jalkauttaminen tuotekehitystyöhön ja sen eri prosessivaiheisiin on myös osa tavoitteistani.Käyttöliittymäsuunnittelussa olen tottunut huomioimaan erityisesti tuotesuunnittelun vaatimukset yhteneväisestä tyylistä ja tyylioppaasta. Tarvittaessa toteutan pikselintarkkoja UI-kuvia sekä suunnittelen komponentteja helppokäyttöisyys- ja saavutettavuus huomioiden.
