Over 15+ years navigating the complexities of startups, utility conglomerates, management consulting, and government, I've honed a global perspective through experiences across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.In the last 3+ years, I played a key role in fostering collaboration between ENOWA's and NEOM's regional stakeholders. This involved bringing together engineers, architects, urban planners, and consulting partners to plan the utility infrastructure and address numerous other requirements across all of NEOM's regions, including The Line, Oxagon, Trojena, Sindalah and others. I enjoy setting clear goals and feel satisfied when I see real progress being made. Guiding individuals to success, orchestrating project execution, and generating ideas that surpass KPIs across multiple sectors gives me energy. As a highly diverse team, thus far we faced numerous challenges associated with radically new approaches in a multitude of areas that come together in one audacious project. Building a large scale 100% renewable system across the region, while addressing vertical urbanism challenges of The Line, topographical challenges of Trojena, environmental challenges of delivering power to Sindalah, among others, makes working in NEOM a strenuous, but fulfilling journey.
