Position: Controlling Coordinator Perform Forecast / budgets reporting, operating plan variance analysis and special financial projects;Handle the tasks of preparing financial reports, cost reports, budgets and financial forecasts on a regular basis; preparing board presentations, financial presentations;Expenses controlling , Marketing Investments; Capital Expenditure; travel expenses controlling; purchase controlling and ensure billed costs are aligned suitably; Responsible for compiling and reviewing accounting books at the end of every financial month, quarter and year; Month end Closing and Year end closing process;Key-user financial management systems (ERPS´s : SAP, COGNOS, MICROSIGA), evaluating and integrating new applications, including processes and procedures; Audit, ICS process and compliances; SAP FI –CO Specialist;Experience in Joint-Venture, Merger and Acquisition Negotiations;Cash Flow Management ;Managed the Implementation Financial Systems Projects , during the MERGE process;Leading of F&A team.
