I am responsible for the business development of all FANUC Italy's business units, CNC, robotics and industrial machines and for corporate and marketing communication. Together with CEO and European Top Management I define the company's marketing strategy in line with company objectives. I am responsible for the Italian BD&C team (5 people) and we work at the annual marketing plan and dedicated budget.

I am the Country representative for the local implementation of International Sales&Marketing Excellence Programs managed by the Central Marketing Activity.
