My particular area of expertise is identifying and pursuing value-creation opportunities in businesses and other organisations looking to make a change, to serve their customers and other stakeholders better, or to scale.This may take place in a variety of forms from a phone call to a long-term partnership, and aims at specific, agreed outcomes.For my co-workers and clients, tangible results like meaningful change, better performance, learning, and impact come with an insightful drive - as they get to see new opportunities to succeed and to thrive.I deliver that by tapping into continuous learning and my 25+ years of experience in areas dealing with people and information. Those areas include: - ‘traditional’ and social entrepreneurship, - learning, coaching, and development, - communication in different work situations, and across cultures,- marketing, and - digital technology. From project management to building systems and relationships, my experience demonstrates that the proactive, people-centred, and holistic approach has proved to be beneficial both in terms of quality and in terms of quantitative results. My foreign language skills and work-related experience with people from over 15 countries, from Japan to European countries to the U.S., have added notable value in multi-cultural and international contexts by utilising the sometimes unobvious differences and communicating accordingly to make better judgements, collaborations, and trustful relationships from contact one. On a personal level, I enjoy a very resourceful life, and I find particular inspiration in my children. My other wellsprings include interactions with others. nature, curiosity, arts and design in particular, my sense of humour, and activities like yoga, dancing, and piano.
