Yuhuan Diao Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd. is a professional factory to develop and produce suspension auto parts, especially in front and rear control arm, auxiliary frame. The total area for our factory is 24,000 square meter, with 260 employees, including 28 engineer team members. The annual output can reach two million pieces.Engineers always improve technique to increase the production efficiency and product quality, at the same time to reduce production cost and create mutual profit.My main job responsbility is as follows.(1) Attend the auto spare parts exhibition and visit customers together with general manager, start the contact with customers and prepare for the factory audition.(2) I usually put my focus on the new sample development, new project quotation and important customers' orders status, dealing with problems in the process to make sure all things without delay to finish. I also report and negotiate with customers by email or call meeting.(3) Arrange the daily work for sales assistants, to ensure an efficient negotiation between customers and factory for orders.(4) Discuss with engineers from quality, technique and production for customers different product claims, and finally provide a solution for customers.(5) Check the order amount and payments with accountant, to make sure we receive the payment in time.
