Some of my tasks as a Summer Trainee and later as a Trainee:• Updating and renewing some communications materials and instructions for example regarding to IT operating model• Analyzing data and enhancing the data quality in CMDB and in an IT financial management system and onboarding some applications for CMDB in cooperation with the product managers• I was also a part of a team doing a data migration in a SAP implementation project

I helped people working in VR's passenger traffic -division to get more value of data and to make data-driven decisions in their work. I gathered the needed data from the database, I created new reports and developed already existing ones further depending on the project and the end-user needs. In addition, I delivered answers and solutions to occasional ad hoc -requests. The technical tools that I mainly used were PowerBI, SQL and Git.

I worked at SOK via Clevry.My main responsibilities were: • Creating and developing tools (Excel-files) to facilitate monthly surveillance of financial and performance related matters • Managing access rights • Creating JIRA filters • Compiling monthly reporting • Filing contracts • Renewing and updating the team's website • Ad hoc -requests

I also got new responsibilities during my multiple employments and for example in the summer 2021 I was responsible for preparing different products of pastry and doing the presentation of them for the customers.These employments taught me a lot about customer service and its meaning in business. I got to be a part of truly customer-centric company where I got to solve every day problems of the customers and to make their life easier. I adopted independent and self-imposed way of working but also I always worked as a part of a team and learned a lot about teamwork.
