I am a professional with extensive experience in project management in local government agencies, with specific expertise on promoting public initiatives to businesses and citizens.I started my career as a researcher within the social psychology department of the Università Cattolica, gained experience in a consulting and training company and subsequently entered the public sector.I am currently working within the Business Development Department of Finlombarda spa, a financial company fully-owned by Lombardy Region Government. My expertise in project management includes:- follow up and control of activity plans, monitoring of project milestones and outputs, progress reports;- communication campaigns and promotion activities;- organization of events; - management of budget and financial reporting;- customer relationship management;- liaise with Lombardy Region’s different Directorate General and with stakeholders (project partners, public institutions, companies);- management of public calls for bids directed to individuals and companies.My education in the USA has on one hand allowed me to become fluent in English and on the other has deeply influenced my personal development and my open mind approach.
