A global role as a people tech partner, specific Workday solution expert. Go live with Workday in 2022 for a total of 12 000 workers across different sectors, countries, and companies. My focus areas are HCM Core, Security, Learning, Reporting as well as an overall view of data quality and user experience. Developing our way of working in line with DevOps methodology, working in sprints in an agile matter. Sprints are planned in collaboration with our people tech team, process owners as well as product owners, and end users within Lantmännen.

A global role as a Workday specialist. Go live with Workday in March 2021 (I started during this time). As an organization, we are in a high expansion phase and are located in 10 countries (currently), with system-related challenges such as language limitations and different levels of technical knowledge/experience. In short, my duties include configuring the system, building reports, and data dashboards, being responsible for managing releases, configuring new countries and legal companies as well as managing mergers of companies. I am also supporting the first-line support team, as well as training the first-line support. Besides this, I run a governance forum in collaboration with my team, where we have representatives from each country and SMEs for the different areas in Workday. I also support the organization with deliveries of HR-related data for various reports, based on data in Workday. There is a strong development focus to create smooth processes for everyone involved.

A Nordic role focused on developing People Analytics for SPP and its parent company Storebrand. I used Workday as master data and focused on making data more accessible, understandable and insightful. My aim was to enable HR and managers to make data-driven decisions regarding employees.

It also involved close collaboration with the HR manager and the HR Business Partners of the other departments.
