Anyone who knows me well would tell you that I get deeply excited about learning new things and that I'm ever-expanding myself through my interests. The thread that has run through all my professional interests has been a desire to understand the human experience and to support others in their authentic purpose. For the past few years, I've worn 2 hats. The first is as a brand strategist who uses qualitative research methods to support meaningful organizational storytelling. In this role, I pop the hood of a company to understand what sets them apart and why their people keep showing up every day to participate in their shared purpose.The second is as a Board Certified Coach specializing in helping women to release trauma and grief while regaining authentic power. My work bridges psychology and embodiment using many tools, including mindfulness and meditation, nervous system regulation, yoga, and energy psychology.
