With over 17 years of entrepreneurial experience—14 years in education and the last 3 exploring new sectors—my journey is guided by values that drive my continuous pursuit of learning and development. I believe that democratizing access to education is the main tool for transforming society, and all my initiatives are aligned with this mission.Currently, I serve as the Director of M&A at Gringo, Brazil’s largest platform for driver support and vehicle management. I am also a partner at Eskolare, focusing on leveraging technology to make an impact in the education sector. Additionally, I invest in, mentor, and advise startups in Brazil and abroad, contributing to the growth of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.Throughout my career, I co-founded two startups in early childhood education and technology, and led the transformation of a family business, elevating its organization, culture, and product offerings.
