With over 17 years of entrepreneurial experience—14 years in education and the last 3 exploring new sectors—my journey is guided by values that drive my continuous pursuit of learning and development. I believe that democratizing access to education is the main tool for transforming society, and all my initiatives are aligned with this mission.Currently, I serve as the Director of M&A at Gringo, Brazil’s largest platform for driver support and vehicle management. I am also a partner at Eskolare, focusing on leveraging technology to make an impact in the education sector. Additionally, I invest in, mentor, and advise startups in Brazil and abroad, contributing to the growth of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.Throughout my career, I co-founded two startups in early childhood education and technology, and led the transformation of a family business, elevating its organization, culture, and product offerings. For over 8 years, I have been an active member of the São Paulo chapter of Entrepreneurs’ Organization, where I support entrepreneurs through connections, experience exchange, and collaborative learning.I am always open to meeting new entrepreneurs and professionals looking to start their ventures, sharing experiences, and exploring business opportunities that can create a positive impact.
