I was asked to temporarily lead the team that governs the 1st line service quality by means of monitoring customer phone calls within the customer service center. Due to the large amount of different projects aiming to improve quality, not only the members of the team but also other teams started to get confused. I was asked created a common vision and roadmap.The consolidation of 'customer experience projects' in the customer service center made clear that quality had to be a priority.
