CurrentResponsible for designing, implementing Retail Business Strategy; supporting the executive team to take decisions, preparing Profitability & Productivity analysis, Performance Management analysis and presentations to sales network, Strategic Marketing prioritizations for Retail Business including Mass, Affluent, Platinum, Small Business client segments.• Improve the operational effectiveness and network transformation of the entire workforce and sales branches.• Prepare retail strategy summits based on emerging trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats, and internal business process improvement.• Conduct market share and sector benchmarking analysis to support strategic decisions & sales network • Design new marketing strategies to increase profitability • Manage OKRs, performance management and target-setting processes.• Manage a team managers and associates, and coordinate with a retail network of 22 regions and 800 branches
