I have 20 years of experience working with clients from all walks of life as a Registered Nurse in WA and NSW in the hospital and community sectors, specialising in wound care, ostomy care and palliative care. However half way through 2019 I experienced the results of burnout which prompted me to be open to new avenues in my career direction. Now I have completed Health and Wellness Coaching Level 3. And love to help people to step from point A to point B. I am doing this through Baseline Observations such as - BP, Temparature, Pulse, Oxygen saturation, Blood sugar Level's, Urinalysis, Cortisol Levels, Adrenal level's, Vit D, Gut microbiome tests, Hormone level's, B12 and iron.
