We launched the Octomera business unit officially in July 2023 to focus in on growing our advanced therapeutics supply and decentralized autologous GMP services and support. Octomera operates with an agnostic, flexible facilities model to bring lifesaving medicines to patients at the point of care with proprietary Octomera Processing Units & Labs (OMPULs). An established network of POCare Center hubs and partners sites continues to grow in the United States, Europe, and Asia.

Orgenesis is a global biotech company that has been committed to unlocking the potential of decentralized cell and gene therapies (CGTs) since 2012. In 2014, I started my journey with Orgenesis as the interim CEO. Since that time, I have worked to carry the team forward in establishing our first of its kind POCare Network in 2020 to bring academia, hospitals, and Industry together to make these innovations more affordable and accessible to patients. Our team is committed to enabling advanced therapy innovation via our family of brands and partnerships. All of our work is aligned to provide a rapid, globally harmonized pathway for these therapies to reach and treat large numbers of patients at lowered costs through efficient, scalable, and decentralized production.

I was the CEO of Kamedis, a successful Israeli -Chinese company developing dermatology and skin care products based on active components found in Chinese herbs. Product lines included psoriasis, acne, atopic and seborrheic dermatitis, radiation dermatitis, and wound healing. During this time, I lead development programs for six product lines, including managing regulatory approvals in Asia, US and Europe. We were operating clinical development programs in three continents and working on the set-up of the manufacturing facility in China. In addition to operational items, I also drove the development and implementation of a world-wide marketing strategy that led the company from being a local cosmetic company to an international dermatology company.

PBD Ltd. was founded to provide business solutions for Israeli medical device and biotech companies. As the owner, I was involved in all activities, including: • Market data scraping and interpretation; market, industry, hospital & clinician survey creation and deployment; physician & end user interviews. • Clinical plan development; professional advisory board creation; recruiting and site identification; insurance and legal compliance. • Operational and outsourcing structure, including subcontractor identifications • Investor/financial recruiting and optimization. • Go to market messaging via strategic partnerships and joint venture models.
