Build and manage a rapid growth global, cross-cultural support group (~80 employees); Initiate and Implement various project management processes and methodologies to support release planning and delivery processes in an Agile environment. Managing Delivery Managers who manage Development, Business Analysis and QA teams, responsible for Service Packs delivery across multiple product lines, L3 managed services support and upgrades to multiple enterprise customers in the Europe, North-America and South Africa.Working directly with various external & internal stakeholders e.g. R&D, Product, Division Management, Clients, etc.Ensure quality delivery, on time and on budget, of several releases and QA cycles simultaneously, to the full satisfaction of the multiple customers simultaneously.

Direct management of the project’s operational and QA teams (30 employees). Leading and responsible for the systems’ ongoing daily operations, external interfaces. Managing the 2nd level support and responsible to maintain customers’ SLA.

Planning, designing, managing and executing a new system rollout project for the replacement of the legacy system, from high-level planning to the detailed cross department’s tasks. Matrix management of the Migration, Development and Infrastructure teams, including 3rd party hardware and software partners. Primary focal point responsible for all project-related activities with the Customer. Communicating and negotiating the project’s plan, design & implementation to the customers’ management and professional personnel.

Primary focal point towards the Residential Division's IT management, managing the daily technical and business interactions with Division's focal point.Responsibility for analyzing, assessing and providing solutions to business needs and technical requirements; Coordinate process of Customers Change requests, technical queries and setting the Priorities for the development teams.

Direct and matrix management of a team of analysts and developers in a divisional development center. Support several production sites, both in Israel and aboard, assessing and designing solutions for the various customers' requirements.Managed large PoC for Asian customer. This included design, management and implementation of a new Customer Care & Billing product Managed development and production of large-scale Rating System for one of the largest mobile carriers in Europe. That included planning, executing and monitoring work plans from design through development to QA. Managing the daily technical and business interactions with the customer, business requirements and technical functionality analysis. In addition, managing various professionals’ groups through development, testing and production phases, in environment which includes C, Oracle, SQL in very large-scale processing systems (Tier 1 carrier grade)
