About Verena Wolfarth

I was always fascinated by biology, especially by bacteria and archaea with their multiple skills and enormous adaptability. Biotechnology, that gives us the opportunity to use and improve those skills, is also a large part of my academic study.Since 2020 I'm part of Beworm and try to develop a biotic plastic degradation system together with my colleagues.
