I’ve launched and grown businesses from the ground up, learning the value of hard work, hustle, and leadership, especially through my work with community organizations.🔹Mid-Career (The Intrapreneur): During this phase, I had to shelve my personal entrepreneurial ambitions due to my dependence on an H1 visa. This led me to focus on becoming an enterprise entrepreneur. I channeled my entrepreneurial spirit into driving results for global companies. I helped them grow revenue , reduce costs, and create a culture of belonging. I brought a strong focus on process transformation, customer obsession, and a human-first approach to everything.🔹Recent Years (The Pioneer): Lately, I’ve been pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, transforming traditional business models, building innovative products, and delivering amazing customer experiences. I’ve also lead people through ambiguity, guiding them to deliver world-class results with agility and velocity.I’ve held executive roles at organizations like Avis Budget Group, WeWork, Starbucks, Colliers International, Alaska Airlines, Danaher, Emaar, and F5 Networks.🔸Now: I’m the Founder and CEO of Vasana.ai.
