The coIN Loft is Delaware's first Coworking Community. We provide low-cost workspace to creative entrepreneurs, freelancer, independents and telecommuters, who would otherwise be working alone, isolated in a home office or amid noisy espresso machines and loud conversations at their local coffee shop. We offer monthly memberships ranging from $25-$300 dollars a month depending on the amount of access that is needed. In addition to dedicated workspaces in our two-floor, 2,200sq-ft loft, we also have free-wifi, discounted parking, free office supplies, 2 conference rooms (24/7 access to members), a lounge (modern decor), free cross-training seminars in design, public-relations, legal/accounting, business development, innovation, etc., free coffee/tea and discounted gourmet food items from our cafe, Copper...etc., etc.
