Brand Social Media Manager
Current• Maintain responsibility for overseeing social media official brand pages, including developing, scheduling, and publishing content in alignment with brand strategy and marketing objectives.• Oversee all aspects of SoME content creation needs management, including communicating key brand publicity outcomes, and community management of social media accounts.• Draft and prepare detailed reports based on KPIs and recommend impactful strategies to optimize performance.• Ensure real & authentic social content while overseeing live content management for the resorts; maintain a strong focus on “what’s on” and “happening now” at the resorts.• Spearhead the development and execution of innovative influencer and content campaigns, including recruiting and proposing influencers.• Chart the successful development and execution of competitions and campaigns.• Assess and monitor industry and content activities, including e-listening, reporting, and monitoring competitor websites.• Contribute to annual marketing planning, budget monitoring, and blog management.• Verify compliance with established processes and conduct third-party assessments.
