Started at IBM as a level 1 support engineer on Infrastructure with the focus on Storage. As a techie I love working for IBM that is always the trend and pace setter in the technology branch over more than 100 years. IBM also gave me the change to create a better me and unlock hidden gems I did not know to possessed. I grew my way to a specialist in various support teams covering eventually the whole Europe region where I'd traveled around to resolve "system down" situations. Eventually I got pulled into the dark-side if IBM and became a technical sales where I finally got the chance to talk about new epic and state-of-the art technology on infrastructure solutions. In this evangelizing role, I resolved a lot of business issues for various customers across different sectors by letting technology work for them. To become a true owner of the complete end-to-end customer engagement, I grew into a Sales position where I ended up as a seller working for topnotch customers across different industries. Positioning a solution that you can also explain on a technology level is something really strong!To optimize and integrate our complete infrastructure portfolio, I am now leading an epic sales team, and technical sales team combining and merging 4 different brands into one strong force for our customers during the fast-paced in technology shifts. As a Protagonist (16personalities) this is exactly where I lift-off!
