- Work closely with UMSI staff and CBC faculty to gather data on past CBC client organizations,projects and contacts- Provide clear and accurate documentation of data processing and analysis, outlining cleaning steps- Assist with analyzing and visualizing data for current and past CBCs via Tableau- Assist with building reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau- Assist with identifying tasks and processes to automate in Salesforce

- Assist with development and implementation of new data integrity standards for use in Salesforce.- Gather and maintain data and metadata related to School of Information client-based-courses.- Build reports within Salesforce to improve workflows surrounding client initiatives.- Act as primary contact with clients and cooperatively scope projects for use in client-based-courses.

Assist patrons in fully utilizing the tools and resources available within the U of M library system.

- Design, fabrication, construction, and installation of temporary/changing exhibits for the museum.- Create a plan for maintenance, annual cleaning, and redesign of permanent exhibits.- Maintain temporary exhibit loan agreements.- Coordinate the editing process of labels, then design, mount, and install labels for all exhibits.- Responsible for timely change out of off-site exhibits.- Develop and track exhibit budget.- Develop and manage long term working exhibit calendar with input from Exhibits Committee and Exhibits, Collections, and Program departments.- Lead and create agendas for exhibits related meetings. - Help pack, unpack, and transport artifacts between collections center and main building.- Maintain records of each exhibit. - Work with education staff on program prop creations such as minecraft, chests, posters, images, Halloween props, etc.- Work with volunteers and interns.- Order supplies and maintain inventory for exhibit studio and office.- Create and maintain relationships with professional colleagues, community members, lenders, and donors.- Coordinate exhibit design looks with our marketing firm.

Exhibit planning, management, development and design: • Conducts research and works collaboratively to prepare concepts, conceptual and detailed designs to effectively convey and interpret an exhibit’s key messages. • Work with Director to establish specific and annual budgetary needs for exhibits. • Works with Registrar, and Curator’s Assistant to incorporate museum’s collections into exhibits. • Work with Curator of Education to develop exhibit text labels, complementary curriculum for exhibits, and associated public programming. • Work with education staff to develop strong secondary collection for purposes of “hands on” and other interactive exhibits. • Work with local libraries to ensure the integration of each organization’s archival and research holdings into the content of the exhibit. • Ensure that artifacts are exhibited in a safe and protected manner according to industry standards.• Develop contacts in the community where outreach exhibits might be placed.• Assist education staff where necessary in training, and education docents and interpreters regarding the key content of museum exhibits. • Cultivate collaboration and networking with regional institutions that have objects and materials available to loan or donate to the museum’s collections. • Maintain all aspects of the changing exhibition schedule to assure downtime between exhibits is managed to avoid a negative impact on the visitor and educational experience. • Plan for renovation or upgrade of gallery interiors, equipment and furniture as needed. • Assist marketing and media department with images and content for purposes of exhibit promotion. • Oversee work of volunteers in exhibition maintenance and fabrication.

I primarily worked with the museum's collections. I was responsible for generating descriptions and condition reports for undocumented collections. During my time at the Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum I was also responsible for conducting visitor surveys and compiling a report on my findings for the executive director. I also spent a significant portion of my time interpreting and training new staff members in interpretation.
