As managing director, I am responsible for the overall strategy, operation and performance of Polymetrix.Polymetrix is a leading provider of remuneration surveys in the Crown Dependencies (Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man).Our jurisdictional specific surveys provide a detailed analysis of pay, bonuses, benefits and total package, allowing organisations to make informed, fair and consistent remuneration decisions for their employees. We also provide commentary and analysis on all aspects of benefits policy and trends as well as identifying market “hot spots” and areas that employers need to be aware of in local market terms.Our reports help support organisations in the attraction and retention of staff, providing real market data to help them remain competitive within the local market.
