With 20+ years of payroll processing and Payroll/HR management expertise across multiple industries, I am passionate about community and organizational vision, integrity, coaching a cohesive team, and continuous process improvement. My most recent projects have been through Sayva Solutions and Veritable Legacy Consulting, providing payroll audits, forensic accounting, retirement plan implementations, and HRIS system change management solutions (ADP WFN+, Ceridian, and more) to clients of various sizes and sectors. As a payroll manager or director, it is important to me to hear all of the voices of my team - as well as assess and strengthen how we are relating to other teams. I am able to quickly identify strengths and weaknesses, and while I enjoy mentoring people to turn those weaknesses into strengths, if necessary, I am able to identify other areas they may better serve our organization. I am a master in multiple HRIS systems, and have processed payroll in 48 states as well as globally.As a PR and HR consultant, I’ve helped clients optimize their payroll systems, automate their payroll processes, comply with payroll tax laws, and manage their payroll-related risks and audits. I have created management plans to be implemented by key stakeholders, that encourage cross-team collaboration. As a project implementation manager, I lead and support the implementation of various Payroll, Accounting, Retirement, and HRIS and HCM systems and softwares, such as ADP Workforce Now, Workday, PayCom, Paychex, Paylocity, Quickbooks, Accountants World, Ceridian, UKG Pro, Oracle, and Sage.
