- Responsible for assurance and management of contracts worth over £300k in order to ensure the provision of service for c50k users. - Extensive consultation and project management with eight external e-learning training providers to deliver exacting RAF requirements. - Frequent specialised advice and consultation on MOD policy matters and the lead subject matter experts in MOD on Distance Learning and VLE's. - Leading successful programme to bring the use of tablet based PCs to RAF training c1000 personnel a year and in doing so developing a Mobile Learning community of practice, 27 business units, and affecting MOD policy and delivery of training. - Providing specialist input into emerging business-wide training needs, and acting as an influential subject matter expert in technology enhanced training at numerous working groups including the MOD Internet Steering group. - Personally deliver the VLE course designer's 'Train the Trainer' course alongside developing, designing and delivering the online E-facilitators course.
