Kx Pilates Hampton

I have been apart of KX Pilates since its first expansion. I initially worked for the company for two years before I decided to invest in my own studio. I am a very pro-active franchise owner being appointed into multiple Owner Advisory Panels & Groups - specifically in Marketing & Operations.

A high level management role overseeing the day to day operations and managing all aspects of six KX Pilates studios. I managed a team of up to thirty Instructors and four studio co-ordinators at one time. My role was extremely diverse and covered all areas of running a business (x6) from HR, Marketing, PR, Social Media Management, Event Management, Customer Service down to Studio Maintenance and repairs.The position had a huge focus on marketing which is forever evolving in a fast-paced, innovative, new boutique fitness industry. We relied heavily on Local Area Marketing therefore nurturing these relationships was key with in studio activations and strategic social media campaigns.

Beginning as a Cadet in this role through Victoria University I then obtained a full time position assisting the Commercial Partnerships Team. Roles varied from working directly with the Chief Commercial Officer designing and packaging Sponsorship Proposals, managing the CRM database, designing and executing all Stakeholder communication as well as marketing and co-ordination of all Corporate Events and Game Days.
