(The first rule of Hyrox is: tell everyone you do Hyrox).I also love a spot of improv comedy - I’ve enjoyed a few courses and keep going back. Not because I’m especially good at it, it’s just a fantastic way to free up your thinking and ‘get past yourself’. I spent 10 years onstage in musicals professionally but improv is a different level of unprepared terror.
