I am a final-year MChem student specialising in Medicinal Chemistry. Recently, I completed a year-long industrial placement at Pharmaron UK, where I gained hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry. My work focused on the design and synthesis of compounds towards potent analogues which had favourable pharmacokinetic profiles.During my time at Pharmaron, I honed my skills in analytical techniques, laboratory practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones. I am passionate about translating scientific research into practical healthcare solutions and am eager to continue my career in medicinal chemistry after graduation.I am actively seeking opportunities in medicinal chemistry, drug discovery, organic chemistry and related fields where I can leverage my academic background and practical experience to make meaningful contributions.
