I was their first marketing hire and responsible for all aspects marketing, however my main focus was social media, events and branding.I streamlined the social media activity, putting a structure in place to ensure a good mix of content was posted, that built on, and improved existing engagement rates and follower numbers. This included launching a monthly newsletter and building subscribers to over 1300 in 9 months.Ensured that the events calendar was fully populated with monthly client events as well as quarterly webinars targeting potential clients. I honed the launch, invite and promotion of these to ensure continually growing attendance figures.NI had undergone a rebrand prior to my appointment, however this mainly consisted of a logo and colour scheme. I took this as a starting point and built a suite of materials from a number of targeted sales documents to a strong identity for social media, email and event materials.
