My focus is supporting our Supply partners to help identify and maximise returns for both intermediary and direct connections. Serving as the POC for publishers, it is my role to proactively identify growth opportunities and address any issues that publishers may have. I work closely with our Publisher Managers and Business Development teams to ensure our partnership is profitable and efficient for both sides.• Successfully optimise direct & intermediary supply partners to delivery incremental revenue• Collaborate with product team to drive technology adoption, ensure successful integrations; work with operations team to maximize fill rate/revenue.• Work closely with Business Development to foster and establish new and existing accounts to create new revenue streams.• Align supply & demand; while communicating, representing for publishing across the organisation.• Monitor market and industry innovations to proactively develop new opportunities• Work with Brand & Programmatic teams, Operations team, Product, Sales, Legal teams and 
stakeholders to ensure addressing clients’ needs and help them for their businesses.

• Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners • Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set-up, etc.)• Provide weekly/monthly reporting for clients; illustrating the outcomes of their investments and analyse, and measuring campaigns data generating insights to improve the performance of the current and future campaigns.• Support agency media strategy team to define the objectives and KPIs of the campaigns and help to identify opportunities to improve and develop data-based insights• Support / mentor new employees to provide training• Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance Indicators• Present upweight opportunities to clients where appropriate, driving incremental revenue for the business• Act as a conduit between the client and Ad-Ops throughout the campaign delivery process• Build and present Post-Campaign Analytics (PCA) presentations to agencies and/or clients• Update internal pipeline systems to reflect accurate monthly budget splits for bookings
