• Independently managing life cycle of 600+ employees and performing the Unit lead role for 1 business unit with a span of 1500+ employees.• Maintaining MIS and providing quantifiable account based dashboards to all relevant Business and Functional Heads.• Implementing strategic HR initiatives, including talent transformation activities, performance management programs, and employee engagement initiatives to increase overall employee satisfaction.• Employing a proactive, reactive, and counseling approach for retention through data driven insights.• Managing HR-related Disciplinary matters, policies, and procedures to uphold a conducive workplace.• Handling BGC cases and coordinating with internal teams / vendors for immediate closures.• Coordinating for HR Audits by initial preparation & providing data to business stakeholders for monthly/quarterly audits.• Taking charge of various Employee connect sessions, Employee Engagement activities, Skip-level meetings etc., to ensure enhanced levels of employee belongingness.• Facilitating Superannuation ceremonies and publishing monthly newsletter for Long Service awardees in the BU.• Participating in campus recruitment drives for the role of developers and support functions across premier campuses.
