Responsibilities:JCT Contract based procurement, execution, delivery and handover, based on contract forms; standard build, Minor works, design & build, and variations thereof.Implement Contract Compliance by directly engaging and coordinating with contractors, whilst ensuring alignment with client internal governance requirements. Scope of responsibility included ensuring compliance with contract conditions, issuing of instruction and communication notices, and review of any relevant events as defined in the contract.Oversight and review of procurement process, including contract conditions negotiations, and recommending of appointment, in close collaboration with the quantity surveying consultant.Management of scope of works, including implementation of a change control and variation instruction process, ensuring relevant client approvals are managed in line with governance structures.Issuing of all formal notices to contractors, including extension of time, not in compliance with contract, and instructions.Regular reporting to senior client stakeholders and teams, ensuring expectations are aligned with project delivery.Review the schedule with Project planner to ensure the reported project progress and the physical verified works are aligned with contract deliverables.Management of client document control process, including internal and external communications, costs and reporting.Engage Company and resolve and close out disputes (e.g., method of measurement, preambles, scope of work) and pending commercial issues.Lead process to close‐out Contract, Subcontract and Purchase Order including final account settlements.Responsibility for implementation of retention and defects process, as defined in the contract, including relevant inspections and formal notices issued to the contractor on behalf of the client.
