I have been a speaker from development sector in various seminars, conferences and workshops and has been a panelist on several discussions of CII and Planning Commission for 12th plan.I have demonstrated ability to work well in a multicultural environment with a wide variety of people at various levels fostering cooperation and collaboration among individuals in the work unit.I have conceptualised several Projects. Project ‘LEAD’ is among 18 EIFI 2012 Grant winners out of 850 projects across India. The Project is being funded by Hewlett Packard and ICIE, Pondicherry. I have been working closely with various international development agencies on innovative learning solutions.
