As part of the investment team, I've been involved in several challenging acquisitions of commercial as well as residential properties, including defining development potential, negotiating leases as well as conducting M&A-related research of sellers and tenants. Further tasks involve sourcing investment opportunities, analyzing and presenting the properties to the investment board and finalizing the transaction with the full legal as well as financial due diligence.
