Responsible for overseeing of the smooth runningof Tooheys Brewhouse, Keg lines and Packaging Department, all machinery from grain and malt pits transfer systems, lauter and wort tuns, whirlpools ,steam systems, centrifuges, mills etc, all pumps, valves, pneumatics and associated systems to brew and transfer beer. Installation/ update of new equipment, order stock etc, troubleshooting/ diagnosing breakdowns to Keg lines and high speed bottle and can lines, including de-palls, rinsers, fillers, labellers, shrink wrappers, packers, palletisers and all adjoining conveyors. Use of MLS citrix system

Liasing with clients and associated engineers etc, setting guidelines as to clients gaining cert III in Mechanical engineering, using various methods of assesment to do so.

Contracting as pty ltd, Varied role, Installation and commisioning of new high speed packaging lines, line cover and servicing, modifications to suit customers needs. Customers include Sanitarium, Berri, P&N (Schweppes).

Contracting work with teams and solo to perform shutdown necessities, fabricate and fit heavy duty requirements as per customers needs. Major jobs include fabrication and installation of wide screen video towers at ANZ stadium, 18 mtr extension of Bunnings Campbelltown, modifications to Qantas hangars to suit new A380 aircraft, general maintenance to Sydney airport as required, shuts at various chemical plants Orica, Allbright & Willson, Visy etc.

Working as a line/ maintenance fitter responsible for diagnosing breakdown & repair of high speed production and packaging machinery to suit customers product of salad dressing, mayonaise, black sauces etc Pneumatics, light electrics, updating PM program and changeover procedures.
