Managed all aspects of Safety and Environmental for a Manufacturing facility, a Research and Development lab and a Print Shop. Trained all internal auditors for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001 as well as being responsible for maintaining the 14001 and the transition to 45001.

-Responsible for all aspects of Safety, Security, Process Safety Management and Risk Management for the entire corporation. -Initiated online SDS system for the organization to insure compliance with the Hazardous Communication standard.-Hired and trained the Safety staff at the different locations and supported as necessary-Reduced incident rate by 66% across the corporation -Broke the record for total # of days without a recordable incident

-Responsible for all aspects of Safety, Health, Environmental, Security and Workers Compensation components in two unionized factories. -Reduced recordable incidents in both factories by 50% in 18 months.-Rolled out a behavioral based safety program in both factories to heighten awareness around at risk -behaviors.-Maintained compliance to all ISO14001/OHSAS18001 in both facilities-Certified auditor for ISO14001

-Responsible for all aspects of Safety and Process Safety Management across three facilities-0 recordable incidents for 5 years in one of the three facilities -1 year with no recordables in one of the facilities-Rolled out Values Based Safety in all three facilities
