My 8-week workshop using the graphic novel, Batman Begins, for developmental reading and writing students/adults (099), increased student outcomes by 87%.Additionally, I trained incoming tutors, faculty, and developed training materials for synchronous and asynchronous methods. I also maintained grant-related documents for federal reporting, was Strategy Lead for the "Cougar Strides" Entrepreneurial Grant, and wrote the final federal report.
