I have had many occupation that have given me the confidence to be a pioneer. I am currently In Honduras on a Caribbean Island developing Resorts and Tourist attractions. There is a lots of room for property development on Roatan and the market is good for private enterprises such as Private municipalities. The fact is if you play it right you can live your dreams down here. After 9 years I own mountain tops, private Islands, Beautiful ocean front and valley properties on Roatan. The western Caribbean is an affordable frontier that has very diverse directions that a person could take in doing business and maintaining a very good life style.
