What a experience working in the snow mountains of Hokkaido Japan really amazing. I have experience with in Hospitality that I will never forget. I love this place and would love to go back once day.

This position gave me the opportunity to open my first hotel. The Capital Mirage Duty Manager. Operations was a big part of this position. A 65 room apartment style hotel with amazing rooms and spectacular staff. Managing the Front desk and making sure that all guest are happy when they arrive and depart. responsible for staff training making sure they understand the PMS systems and company policies. Relief night auditor as well as reservation. This position gave me the OPPORTUNITY to learn and grow. Understanding everything regarding operations of a smaller hotel.
