I currently Chair the Sustainability and Circular Economy (CE) sub committee for SAMENTA. Our focus is to ensure the right support is put together for SMEs with regards to initiatives related to sustainability. Such as Environment Social & Governance, Circular Economy, Renewable Energy and e-mobility. We look at capacity building and act as a voice for SMEs during Ministry/ Agency dialogues in Malaysia with regards to the areas listed above.

Founded at the end of 2018, the same year the 2018 Zero Single UsePlastics Roadmap was formed by the Ministry of Environment and Water. CMECO is involved in the business of distributing sustainable eco-friendly foodpackaging and curating sustainable programs for young adults and businessowners.

Had my first try in business building teams and trading goods both locally and internationally.

During my time at Marsh, I worked on helping my team plan their personal development and navigate career advancements. Drove team performance and productivity amongst 10 direct reports both in Klang Valley and Penang. Part of my duties also included managing expectations between different departments and external counter-parts from the insurance industry. In addition, I had the opportunity to provide facilitative support for a 2 day - lean six sigma green belt training catered to our management associates.

Managed a team of seven direct reports within the Underwriting Support Services Department. The team's primary function was to provide support to the property underwriting team based in London.During my tenure, I had the opportunity to work on business process improvement and managed an SOP standardisation project for 150 processes across 12 teams within our department. I then took on technical training delivery, delivering Foundations in Insurance Training and Property Insurance Training, including subscription based markets and treaty insurance. Also had the opportunity to lead, coordinate and schedule the training teams, ensuring training delivery targets in both Gurgaon (India) and Wroclaw (Poland) were met as the new underwriting support teams were being on boarded. This included TTT training conducted for new technical coaches.

Primary job functions included:Management and upkeep of risk/ policy information.Performing a range of premium computations for underwriters. Preparation of rating models to identify adequacy ratings on premiums charged for specific risks.Preparation of reports on behalf of property underwriters based in London.

I volunteered with Cancer Council SA under the Fundraising Team within the Marketing Department. My previous role included assisting the project officer for the People's Choice Undies Run for Bowel Cancer with tasks such as data entry, performing follow-up calls and assisting with the campaign volunteers.I then worked on sourcing and putting together case studies from cancer survivors and carers in order to help drive the Relay For Life campaign and share inspirational stories of people who fight cancer everyday.

Reception duties (Mail - incoming & outgoing, bank deposits, data entry, answering the phone, copying and collating documents and other administration duties as required).- Assisting the Business Development and Sponsorship manager with regards to matters pertaining to membership with Advantage SA.- Maintaining an up-to-date membership database.- Preparation of membership correspondence and invoicing to Advantage SA members.- Demonstrate understanding of, and adherence to, all relevant policies and procedures that relate to this position.

Lead and guided a committee of student volunteers to achieving club goals whilst cooperating with various university stakeholders.- One major goal of the club was to act as a platform for students to step out of their comfort zones, gain some voluntary work experiences in areas of event management as well as personal development, and to integrate with and give back the local community. - Delegating work efficiently and effectively towards committee members in various departments to organize events and achieve committee targets.
