Market Manager
Current• Assist in the development and management of Quarterly Business Reviews, Scorecard Processes with key distribution partners and taking point as the Business Owner in working with the maintenance and evolution of the key process changes for specialty brokers. • Assist in the ongoing maintenance & evolution of market strategy, as well as the implementation of infrastructure & processes changes needed to optimize this units business model. • coordinate and work across AIG's internal constituents such as but not limited to AIG Direct, AIG Brand, Legal, Compliance and other interested parties.Assist in the ongoing filing of marketing materials and getting them through ad review. • Assure programs can launch on time will be essential for hitting sales plans as budgeted. • Serve as the day-to-day contact for sales manager(s), marketing managers, and when needed other team members. • work with teams for the creation of marketing communication materials, coordinating with sales & supporting sales for partners and the further extension into Specialty Brokerage distributors, Performance Marketing Partners, Direct Marketers and Direct Marketing.
