Ctrack is the supplier of the vehicle tracking system used by Discovery insure for the good driver reward system.ResponsibilitiesManaging of the stores departmentI continuously evaluate the systems and procedures in the stores department and implement new systems and procedures that enhance the efficiency of the stores department, as well as processes and systems that integrate with other departments in the Discovery project to minimise losses and maximise profits. I do a full stock take on a monthly basis and have a variance well within the allowed variance perimeters.I place monthly orders for all stock from various suppliers and do price and quality comparisons between different suppliers to ensure that the best quality products are bought in at the best price.I oversee that all transfers and stock orders placed by Technicians and Partner Fitment Centres are processed and dispatched on time and as per the Service level agreements.I assist in the monitoring of the Discovery asset units to limit losses due to penalties paid to Discovery.I initiated a report that will be used to constantly monitor where units are in the refurbing process after de installation.I have implemented systems to prevent a unit been installed as a Discovery assets after it has changed to a CTSA assets.I and my department form an integral part in making the Discovery project successful.

I assisted a company installing security cameras and equipment with the formulating of their costing system and pricing of projects for tender purposes.I am busy consulting for a new restaurant group setting up a take away franchise I am doing all the menu and costing formulas, operations manuals, training manuals, product and suppliers agreements, specifications on shop locations as well as the setting up of a head office structure. I will also be setting up a central manufacturing plant as well as a central distribution centre as soon as the number of franchises opened justifies a central manufacturing and distribution centre.I am also consulting for a Glass and Aluminium company on their sales and marketing to increase turnover and company awareness in the building industry.

Rüdesheim Meats-Logistics Manager and Dispatching• 15 August 2012 – 31 January 2013 • Reason for leaving: End of Contract Rüdesheim Meats is a HACCP approved export meat processing factory that has a 92% (FSA) food safety rating. The plant breaks up to 250 beef hind quarters per day which is then distributed to wholesalers as well as retailers. Different cuts are also portioned for the restaurant and catering industry. There is a chicken manufacturing department where the manufacturing of various chicken products were done e.g.: schnitzels, stir fry, chicken rolls, kebabs as well as products made to specification of individual customers. There is a full cold meat production department producing products like Bacon, Ham, Salami, Russians, and Bockwurst. Cheese grillers etc as well as a full range of smoked products for various customers made to their own specifications. The plant also manufactured various precooked chicken products as well as other value added chicken and beef products i.e.; chicken schnitzels, chicken breast portions, kebabs etc. Beef products such as burger patties, wors, etc. A small volume of processed meats were manufactured. The distribution of a variety of products was handled by the company totalling a basket of 850 products for the restaurant and catering industry. The total operation was managed out of 3 depot’s main factory and head office in Centurion with a depot in White river and a depot in Hoedspruit.
