• Built and fostered IT Department from three IT groups into one Department of 83 FTE’s.
• Led Acquisitions, contracts negotiations and implementations of clincal, financial, ERP applications.
• Implemented hospital wired and wireless (public and private) networks; Built Microwave and fiber-optic wide-area network.
• Contracted and tested off-site Disaster Recovery and then returned to in-house DR when infrastructure was sufficiently mature.

Fitzsimons is a 500-bed regional medical center and teaching facility. It is also an Army community on a one-square mile campus. Provided complete medical and administrative IT support, communications systems, and IT policy oversight for three regional hospitals. Also provided medical photography, motion picture production, closed circuit television, video.
