Waterless inks produce at least 98% less water over conventional offset presses, 75% fewer emissions of volatile organic compounds and up to 40% reduction in job setup ("make ready") wastes.Environmental PapersAt Rayacom we promote the use of 100% post-consumer recycled paper or FSC certified. Our house gloss text and card stock are FSC certified.Chemical Free CTPA traditional printer makes plates by burning film, burning the image onto plates then processing the plates using chemicals.
