As a Premium Trust Account Clerk I report Surplus Lines Taxes and make payments to respective companies for business written with our company based on Bordereaus and Account Currents, I conduct domestic and international wire transfers as well as pay and report on Account Currents. I keep our books in compliance with all the states that we report to which include Mississippi, Arkansas, Georgia, Louisiana, Oklahoma and any new states we write in for taxes, policyreports, etc. I also work as Assistant to President to handle accounts. In Agency Management I handle all duties considering agents who write business with our company whether it be setting them up, terminating them, and handling 1099 reporting

I handle corporate and individual income taxes, tax discrepancies, payroll solutions, and reporting.I help clients to set up Payroll systems that work for them in QuickBooks & Peachtree and keep their books in compliance with the operations of their business.
