Organized chaos champion, I perform in a context of change and I’m driven by diversified projects. Sociable inveterate, the important thing for me is people: to know them, to accompany them, to help them. I help my clients reinvent themselves, especially in IT projects, for which I often describe myself as the translator between IT and users. I like being involved from the start in a transformation project to initiate the right actions quickly to achieve the objectives pursued.Change is now perpetual; change management must now be continuous. In my interventions, I propose practical tools, diversified means and communications that create an impact, to generate the will to change from all the stakeholders.
