● Serves as the primary liaison between BMWNA and Authorized BMW Centers for all Accessories matters and as the primary resource regarding Accessories product knowledge, sales and marketing tactics● Assumes responsibility for the performance of each assigned Center Accessories Sales Metrics including: Accessories Purchases, Sales, Profitability and end customer satisfaction and loyalty● Perform in-depth analysis and develop recommendations for Centers to improve performance in Accessories Sales PNVR while ensuring Center profitability goals and customer satisfaction are achieved.● Ensures all relevant BMWNA Accessories Marketing Communications, Resources and Programs are fully utilized at each Center● Monitors Accessories Aftermarket Industry trends and competitive initiatives and make recommendations regarding BMW's OE Accessories product offerings to improve sales and customer satisfaction● Develops and execute the Annual Accessories Sales PNVR plans in accord with Centers and provide ongoing counseling to ensure attainment of the agreed upon targets● Develops and execute quarterly Marketing Plans appropriate for the individual market and season for Centers within assigned territory

I was able to take the idea of a Smart Car center to reality in the city of West Covina. This task was my third start up project with the Penske Organization.

I was given the opportunity to work with an amazing team on the start up of Penske Audi in West Covina. I planned several dealership involved events including canyon runs, cars shows, and magazine project cars.

This was my first start up project with the Penske Organization. I was able to take this store to the number 1 selling Scion dealer in the nation. This dealership was the benchmark for all other dealerships. Not only was I able to lead this dealership to its spot, I also handled all of the marketing and event with this store which garnered us with tremendous publicity with both magazines and television.

This was the start of my 11 1/2 year career with the Penske Organization. What started out as a part time job during college lead to a long career with an amazing company. I first started out as a receptionist at Longo Lexus then later got promoted to the Logistics department handling our mobile servicing for our extensive client base. Soon after college graduation, I was then given the opportunity to work in our Marketing department which focused on our guests who leases were maturing. My fascination with the internet lead me to my next job as an Internet Manager which focused on handling our guests' car acquisition needs through the internet. My final position with the Longo Lexus team was that of a service consultant which gave me both views of our guests.
