With over 13 years of experience in process and project management, I am currently the CEO of SMR, the leading consulting partner of IFS in Brazil in matters of process and organizational change. During this time, I have served as manager and consultant in projects for clients such as Sipal Group, Metalfrio, Instituto Butantan, SESC, COPEL, AXA Insurance, Sompo Seguros, IPEN, Michelin, Tempo Assist, eduK, among dozens of others.As a project consultant, I lead the strategy design, planning, and results monitoring in organizational restructuring projects, organizational change management, process design, and information systems development and deployment (IFS, SAP, Protheus, Fluig). I have managed the application of the ADKAR model to hundreds of individuals and have been responsible for some of the largest organizational transformation projects in Latin America in the pharmaceutical and research and development sectors.In addition, I am a published author with Atlas GEN, the leading publisher of technical books in Brazil. The book I co-authored with Professor Amaru Maximiano, published in 2022, became the best-selling book of the publisher that year, and ranked among the top 3 best-selling books in the project management category on Amazon for several weeks.Beyond my hands-on experience, I'm also involved in educating and shaping the next generation of business leaders. I am a postgraduate and MBA professor in project management at FIA, Mackenzie's engineering school, and at Poli USP. I was recognized by FIA for excellence in management in 2021 and 2022. I hold a master's degree in management with a focus on innovation management from FEI, with an extension in project management from the University of California, Berkeley, and a specialization in business and project management from FIA. I graduated in information systems from the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and am a certified Prosci Change Practitioner.My mission is to use my deep understanding and experience in process and project management to assist organizations in implementing transformational changes and achieving their business objectives.
