Dr. Veronica Allende is an experienced educator and school administrator with extensive years of practice in the field of K-12 education. Her teaching career began in Brooklyn, New York where she was born and raised. She attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas where she earned her B.A. degree, and Nova Southeastern University where she obtained her M.S. degree. She has an Ed.S. degree in Education Administration and an Ed.D. degree in Leadership and Management, both from William H. Taft University. She is bilingual (English/Spanish) and well-traveled. Prior to completing her terminal degree, she was selected to participate in various teacher travel programs for professional development, receiving short-term study awards from the Japan Fulbright Memorial Fund Program, the Fulbright-Hays Seminars Abroad Program (Mexico), and the Transatlantic Outreach Program (Germany). She serves as a faculty member at Taft University, and as a Clinical Supervisor for the Teacher’s College at Western Governors University. She is professionally certified by the Florida Department of Education in Educational Leadership (All Levels) as well as several subject areas in K-12 education.
