I joined Deloitte Risk Advisory in 2015 within the service line Regulatory Compliance, Corporate Governance & Internal Audit and Risk Management developing an operational experience with medium and multinational clients in the manufacturing, fashion and retail, transports/ infrastructures, oil&gas, food&beverage and consumer business. During my experience in Deloitte, I have been involved in Internal Audit and Compliance engagements, supporting project teams and clients reviewing the adequacy of Internal Control System with specific reference to applicable law and rules such as Sarbanes Oxley Act, Japanese SOX and Legislative Decree 231/2001. Main activities:- identification and mapping of key processes, risks and controls related to different core enterprise business;- evaluation of adequacy of internal control system with specific reference to relevant legislation (i.e. Legislative Decree 231/2001, Sarbanes-Oxley, Japanese SoX etc.);- review and enhancement of company policies and procedures;- support to IA function with respect to operational, financial and compliance audit activities.
